1. Deposit Protection & Disputes: £99.00 + VAT

At the end of the tenancy should there be any disputes with tenants in respects of any deductions, this can be a lengthy and time consuming process, although ultimately it is the decision of the ADR of the deposit scheme, ensuring all evidence is supplied is presented correctly can make a huge difference, so let us take the time to do this for you…

Review and collect all evidence to support the deductions stated
Put forward to the DPS including relevant tenancy documents, media evidence, receipts & invoices
Compile a written statement to support evidence
Respond to evidence supplied by tenants including further evidence if required
Carry out the process until a decision has been made by the ADR (Alternative Deposit Resolution)

2. Inventory Reports: From £99.00 per report (property size dependant, full pricing list avialable upon request)

Detailed report of the condition and contents of the property
Images included
Copies sent to the tenant(s) to be reviewed and signed off
Copy sent to the landlord for their record

3. Full Check In: £75.00 + VAT

Meet the new tenants at the property
Show them all necessary information required to be known in respect of the use of the property
Check through the inventory with the tenants and discuss/resolve any issues found
Sign off the inventory
Provide guidance on use of any appliances supplied
Key hand over

4. Tenancy Renewals: £99.00 + VAT (If re referencing is required £250.00 +VAT)

Re-reference the Tenants/Guarantors if required
Re-negotiate if required
Provide rent increase notice if required
Draw up new tenancy documents
New documents will be sent to tenants/guarantors to be e-signed
Copies provided to both Tenant and Landlord

5. Checkout Report: £75.00 + VAT

Thorough inspection of the property will be completed of the property at the end of the tenancy
Report compiled including photos and provided to the landlord/tenant
Quotes for any damage/issues requiring to be recti-fied further to the completion of the checkout.

6. Property Certification Arrangement: (full pricing list avialable upon request)
