This incredible achievement marks the culmination of an outstanding year for our team and underscores our commitment to providing exceptional service. It’s an affirmation of all the hard work we’ve put into building lasting relationships with our landlords, tenants, and the community. To be recognized as the top agency for lets agreed in Coventry is a huge honour, and we’re so proud of what we’ve accomplished.
2024 has been nothing short of a landmark year for GLB. We’ve seen tremendous growth, including the opening of our second branch in Leamington Spa, an expansion into Derby, and a significant increase in our Birmingham portfolio. Along with this, we welcomed two new fantastic team members: Beth, our Lettings Negotiator in Coventry, who joined us in February, and Liv, who joined the Leamington team in September. Their contributions have been invaluable, and they’ve helped us grow and reach new heights.
To round out the year, GLB Property Services has achieved over 250 lets agreed in 2024, a figure we’re incredibly proud of. This milestone speaks to the trust our clients place in us, and it’s a reflection of our relentless drive to help landlords achieve the best possible results and provide tenants with the highest standard of service.
As we look ahead to 2025, we are filled with excitement for what’s to come. We’ll be celebrating our 10th Anniversaryin March, a huge milestone that we’re eager to commemorate with our team, clients, and partners.
