Founded 10 years ago by our passionate and dedicated Company Director, Gemma Barnsley, GLB Property Services was born out of a deep commitment to providing high-quality property services. Gemma spent a decade in the industry, honing her skills and developing a vision for a company that would set new standards in the property market. With that drive and vision, GLB was established, and since then, we’ve never looked back.
From the very beginning, our mission has been to deliver exceptional service to landlords, vendors, tenants, and buyers alike. We started as a purely lettings-focused company, but as our reputation grew and the demand from our clients increased, we expanded our services to include residential sales. This has allowed us to build strong, lasting relationships with a diverse range of clients, including vendors, buyers, and investors.
Our growth and success over the years wouldn’t have been possible without the incredible team that makes up GLB Property Services. We truly are a family, working closely together to ensure that every client receives the personal attention and support they deserve. Our team members have shared in so many milestones, both personal and professional, from taking on the Wolf Run together for Cancer Research to participating in ‘The Glow Walk’ in Warwick to support The Alzheimer’s Society. We’re more than just a property agency – we’re a group of people who love what we do, and we hope our passion shines through in every interaction with our clients.
Now, as we prepare to open our new branch in Leamington Spa, we couldn’t be more excited to bring our services to this vibrant community. The official launch will take place on the 7th of September, and we’ve got a fantastic event planned to celebrate.
